Crushed Stone
All of our crushed stone comes from our facility in Weymouth, MA, making it consistent in color and hardness. Our Crushed Stone is light gray in color and meets Massachusetts Highway Departments Specifications. Crushed stone is often used in construction projects like foundations and drainage. Other common uses are driveways and landscaping. For septic system projects, our crushed stone is also available in double washed 3/8 inch or 1 1/2 inch.
Used as a setting bed layer for concrete pavers, granite pavers, brick pavers, and natural irregular flagging. Also used for walkways, pathways, drainage areas, and compacted surface applications where tight packing and smooth screeding are important.
3/8 inch Crushed Stone is used for base material in a permeable paving project, also for drainage and stone mulch.
1/2" Crushed Stone is used for drainage, stone mulch, base material and stability for behind walls.
3/4" Crushed Stone is created here at our JF Price location with our crusher. 3/4" stone is used for drainage, footings, concrete mix, stability behind walls, base material and stone mulch.
1 1/2"; Crushed Stone is used for base material of driveways, concrete walls, drainage, rip rap solutions, banking and other decorative stone options.
3 - 5" Crushed Stone is created from our Weymouth Granite working quarry. This crushed stone is used for small rip rap, drainage, and fill for behind stone walls.
